Bernards provided preconstruction and construction services for 8500, a mixed-use development located just outside Beverly Hills at the intersection of La Cienega and Burton Way.

The project is comprised of 88 luxury apartment units on five levels and one level of retail space at the base with Trader Joe’s as the prime retail tenant.

The design is a contemporary tower featuring floor to ceiling glass, stone and smooth plaster facades, and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape.

The development includes below and above-grade parking and incorporates an on-deck courtyard and 8th floor amenity deck with a pool.
