One Santa Fe is a new mixed-use Transit Oriented Development (TOD) located in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. The complex rises on four acres of land along Santa Fe Avenue between 1st and 4th Streets. The development includes 438 apartments, 78,000 SF of office and retail space, an art gallery, outdoor gathering space, and a garden. Living spaces and open air study areas are located above the fourth floor terrace, providing views and a unique public plateau for outdoor play and activity.
Additional features include rooftop gardens, three decks of parking, and an MTA training facility.
TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT
An abundance of light rail transportation options will be within easy access to the community. The $900 million Metro Gold Line Eastside Extension–featuring an Arts District station–runs across the First Street bridge directly adjacent to the development.
One Santa Fe will also serve as the portal to the future Red Line Arts District Station, with a pedestrian bridge proposed to connect the complex to the new station.
